Suburban Deviant offers a bold reinterpretation of the iconic swan dress, originally designed by Marjan Pejoski and famously worn by Icelandic artist Björk at the 73rd Academy Awards on March 25, 2001. Crafted entirely from 100% cotton workwear gloves, heavy-duty thread, and fabric paint, the design transforms the gloves into feather-like textures, while a latex swan’s head evolves into a handbag with zipper closure.
